After you contact Alana and Karen a free initial consultation will be arranged for them to view your property and discuss your needs.  They will inspect, assess and advise on the most appropriate mode for you and will decide on the style and ambience suitable.   Your property may need a total make-over or maybe only one or two rooms will need to be changed.  You may already have the basics and only need accessorising.

When you have made the decision to take advantage of their services, it takes only one or two days to complete the transformation.

The amount that you wish to spend will be taken into account and to reduce costs you may wish to pack and remove some furnishings and de-clutter some areas. 

The initial set-up fee includes removal, insurances, installation of furnishings and home styling.  This cost covers the six weeks of the sales campaign.  Thereafter a weekly rental will apply until the furniture/accessories are no longer required.
